Five Nights at Freddy's movie loses its director
Collider newly spoke to Jason Blum, Chief operating officer of Blumhouse Productions, who picked up the movie rights to Five Nights at Freddy's in 2017. On the field of study of its director, previously announced to be Chris Columbus (director of the first-class honours degree ii Home Uncomparable movies, the first 2 Harry Potter movies, and Pixels), Blum said, "Chris Columbus is no more attached."
Walter Scott Cawthon, the Jehovah of the Five Nights at Freddy's series of games, remains involved in the decisiveness-making process. In 2018, when information technology was proclaimed the movie was being deferred to search for the idealized screenplay, Cawthon said, "either the flop movie gets made or zero movie gets ready-made."
Eastern Samoa Blum told Collider, "I father't have the mighty to do anything Scott doesn't like. Basically, Scott has considerate of the likes of the equivalent of 'final cut' and it's taken longer than I hoped to get the right-handed story." Asked whether a unprecedented director had been found, Blum replied, "That is categorised information."
Cawthon is no longer functional on the Five Nights at Freddy's games, having retired earlier this year after information technology was made public he given significant amounts of money to conservative action committees and politicians, including Donald Trump, displeasing many fans—especially the significant number of Five Nights at Freddy's fans in the LGBTQ+ community.
Meanwhile, if you really wish to watch a cheesy horror movie where animatronics come to life, Nicolas Cage in and Willy's Wonderland hold you covered.
